Downgrade the plan from Standard to Free.

Hello...

Currently we are using Standard plan of Jira. Our Jira account is suspended. We want to Downgrade it to free plan as now we have less than 10 users. so How can we downgrade it to free plan? could you please  assist?

Hello @Yamini Patel 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If your account was suspended because you were automatically upgraded to Standard when you had more than 10 users, and the billing cycle ended, then you will probably have to pay your previous bill to get your account reactivated.
