Downgrade to 7.10.2 for Adaptavist ScriptRunner installation

jonas.vonstetten@laikon.de July 12, 2018

Dear Sir or Madam,

i installed a Jira server V7.11.0. I want to downgrade it to install the Adaptavist ScriptRunner, which has support for Version 7.10.2 and older.

How can i downgrade my Jira-Installation?

I allready asked something else. Both answers are necessary.

Yours faithfully

Dominik Brinz

You revert to the backup you took before you upgraded.

Jira does not have a downgrade mechanism.  (Technically, there's some stuff you can do, but it's totally unsupported and usually goes wrong)

Okay,

I'll try a clean install instead. There is no data in the software yet. Could you send me a link for the correct version? Im able to download 6.4.14 and older only.

I've tried to download it from here: https://de.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-archives

Nevermind. I found it.

Thanks for your help
