Dragging items on active sprint board throws exception

With Jira Software 7.10, sometimes when I drag items to the done column, I get an error. There is an error message and if I view detail it shows:

Hi Thomas,

This particular error looks to be very similar to that found in the bug report https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-16177

Are you using IE11 when this happens?   In the bug report we have only seen this error in IE 11 browsers when all the subtasks on the board have been completed.   There is an expectation that the user would be prompted when completing the last subtask to ask them if they also want to complete the parent issue as well.

I would recommend watching and voting on that bug for the time being. While there does not appear to be a clear fix for this right now, the more users that report this should help insure this issue is addressed.

Thanks for your help. Yes this occurs in IE 11. I'm pretty sure this is the same issue. I'll do as suggested and up vote it.
