Due Date Alert before 3 days

I want to setup a due date alert before 3 days of the due date on slack.

You can create scheduled automation that will trigger slack message action.

1. Trigger: when Scheduled

You can schedule your automation to run every morning (for instance).

You also can chose appropriate JQL within scheduled trigger (to set a wanted scope of issues)

2. Condition: - issue field condition

Due date is after (timeframe) 3 days ago

Action: send slack message

You should define webhook in slack to send message to wanted slack channel

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
