Dynamic fields on issue screens

is it possible to have a dynamic field in an issue input and edit screen. for example when creating an acceptance criteria using given, when, then i want have these three fields

GIVEN

WHEN

THEN

under the "GIVEN" and "THEN" fields i want to dynamically add one or more "AND"  fields

is this possible and if so what resources can i be pointed to help me create this?

For Jira Software Cloud, have a look at Dynamic Custom Fields for Jira

In Jira Service Management Cloud, you can use Forms.
