Dynamic form in jira: Rules are not getting applied

I have Dynamic forms in Jira added to my Jira project in CLoud. I have all the screens and fields configured. For some reasons, the rules based on the conditions do not apply. Anything I can check?

Can you explain a little bit more around

• what type of project are you working in
• what kind of conditions you are trying to achieve in your form

Also attaching a few screenshots of your form  and conditions will help loads

Hi Lisa,

I am using Jira software with the dynamic forms app.

In my case, I am requesting a field to  to show up and be required only this this condition but this is not working. 

I can see this error in my console:

Do I need any specific settings to the fields? Thanks!

The IAM Role field should be displayed only if the user choose option "Config S3 Upload" in the field "Configuration Change Type"?  And if displayed it also should be mandatory?

First check that the "IAM Role" field is not made required in the field configuration scheme of the project or validated in the create transition of the workflow. It can't be both hidden via Dynamic Form and required in the field configuration.
