Email Invitation Not Delivering

I'm trying to add a user to my Jira instance but they are never seeing the invitation email.  I've seen other posts mentioning the same thing and Atlassian has to remove a domain from a block list.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Brent Vierling , welcome to the Community!

There was indeed an error for an email address on your domain. I've cleared the error from our mail service, but the particular one it was points to an mail server misconfiguration:

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. 

Microsoft's documentation points at a few different causes for this error, including DNS misconfiguration. I don't see any apparent issues with your domain's MX records from my workstation. The documentation notes that this can be a transient error with Exchange Online.

Let me know if this user still does not receive the invitation after you attempt to send it again.
