Hello,

I'm new to JIRA customizing and have now a task to modifiy an existing multi-select-cf plug-in a former colleague developed. The list of selectable values consists of a huge number of external data which are updated from time to time. The cf is used frequently. Due to the high number of option values in the cf it's quite uncomfortable for my colleagues to use it without auto-completion.

I didn't find a way to add auto-completion until now. Maybe I still don't understand the concepts of JIRA automation enough for now. Finally, I tried JS-injection although I don't trust too much in such kind of hacks. I also read then a thread where I learned that Atlassian removed that way excepting to inject via the plug-in itself. But this is also not supported by Atlassian.

So I'd highly appreciate some advice how I can achieve the autocomplete

Thanks a lot in advance!
