If using the JETI plugin and the Email button (that gets added to to the top right on the issue screen), whenever an email is sent it adds the following comment to the issue:
The issue has just been emailed to: xxx@yyy.com,
with subject: *(JIRA-123) Test Email Issue *
and content:
Test comment
However, if an Email This Issue transition button is added to the workflow (which launches a screen that has "To" and "Body" fields defined), it will send the email as the "regular" Email button does, but the issue comment that gets added does not have the "The issue has just been emailed to" text, which is something that we want (or at least want to be able to enabled/disable - but at least have them work the same).
How can we configure JETI to always put the additional text in the issue comments?
