Epic badge not showing for child tickets

I created an Epic "Test Epic" and assigned 3 child issues to it. However, the epic badge is not showing up in either the sprint board nor the backlog (See screenshot). I have confirmed that I configured the display correctly by toggling the "Epic" option (See screenshot). The epics are not showing up in the Epic panel either.

Even more odd, in the backlog view, the Epic badge does only seems to show up when I click on the child tickets, and disappears upon a page refresh. When I create an Epic on the Epic panel it loads for a few seconds and then disappears (see video) This seems like a bug?

Welcome to the community.

This seems as a bug on a project in your instance.

An option you can take is to create another new project and see of this is happening there as well.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam - Thanks for your response! Yeah I ended up creating a brand new project, starting over again and somehow it worked.

This probably has something to do with the fact that I changed the old project key earlier, so the bug probably hit an edge case. I will reach out to support to log this once I get the chance to.
