Error Connecting to Slack

Within the company we have the Jira Cloud app installed in our slack. Recently due to an error my Slack status changed from Member to Guest and then back to Member again. At that time my Jira cloud-Google account disconnected from my slack. I'm trying now to reconnect because I used to get notifications for all my tickets through slack but an error message always comes up. The administrator says my permissions are all ok and that nothing has changed but after that incident I'm unable to get any updates from Jira in slack. I always end up with a warning sign and this message in this URL :

Hi @Nicolas Grossi , thanks for the response! Unfortunately I did try that site and if you don't find an answer there it sends you here for any questions. I tried to get in touch with someone from support within Atlassian but I couldn't, in case you know any other workarounds for that. I did speak to a seller and he sent me here to the community too.

Hi @Nicolas Grossi , thanks for the response! Unfortunately after trying the support site if you don't find the answer it sends you here. I haven't been able to chat with any POC from Atlassian about my issue if you know any way to get in touch with someone from support or something similar. I did get to speak to a seller and he sent me here too.
