we are receiving errors and cannot access Jira / Service Management.
Blank page with the info:
Error Type: 503 - Service unavailable

Start in the incognito mode and try again. If this doesn't work , something is wrong from the Atlassian backend. You can raise a support ticket for them here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Well I tried to raise a support ticket, but that form tells me to write a post here. Great.
Services have recovered after about 60 minutes downtime.
