I have a Microsoft Excel Sheet which is integrated with Jira. Today when I was trying to export Jira data into my Excel, it returned the following error: FilteredRangeConflict
I've tried to refresh the page, the Jira site, tried to increase the Max Rows to 10000 but to no avail. I only have 66 lines in which I need to import. Please help us.
Hi @Julia Limeira de Melo , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
Can you share a screenshot please of what you are seeing?
Are you saying you are viewing an Excel sheet inside of Jira and the new data isn't being loaded? Can you check the configuration of the Excel sheet?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
I'm viewing an Excel sheet that import lines and columns from Jira. But it isn't loading the lines anymore. Here's the screenshot as required.

Hi @Julia Limeira de Melo , thanks for your reply.
Searching for this error in Google, I found this information.
A "Filtered Range Conflict" error in Excel indicates that you're trying to perform an operation, such as adding a table or modifying a filtered range, that conflicts with an existing AutoFilter on the worksheet. To resolve this, you need to disable or clear the existing AutoFilter on the affected range before applying your changes. You can clear the filter by going to the Data tab and clicking the Clear button in the Sort & Filter group, or by selecting the range, going to the Home tab, and selecting Sort & Filter > Clear.
Please can you try this and see if it helps / works?
Cheers

Hello @Valerie Knapp I decided after a while to just create a new tab and to import the filter again. It worked! hahaha
I still don't know what caused the issue, but I blocked the sheet in a way that no one but me can edit, only view it. Anyway, thank you very much for the help.
