Error when adding a watcher to an issue

We are having the error below when adding a watcher to an issue in JIRA

We tried to check the integrity and re-index, but it was not successful.

Can anyone help us?

What does the log say when this happens?

The logs doesn't show anything about the problem. When we add a watcher manually in "More" > "Watchers" it works normally.
