happy new year to everyone im trying to build my first project ,

I'm using Event plan project in Jira to manage our manual conference.im having trouble configuring the work flow to track speaker submissions. can any one provide guidance on how  to set up the work flow stages and transitions for this specific case

What specific issues are you encountering? I tried a quick example where I edited the default workflow for a project using the event planning template and created the status 'speaker submissions', 'selection process', 'schedule events' and 'done'.  Don't forget to publish the workflow after the changes. What are the phases in your process?
