Exporting from BigPicture

Hi @Anna-BigPicture 

We have recently purchased the BigTemplate add on to BigPicture Enterprise to export our work to MSP and this works really well. 

However, I have been asked if we can export the page as a PDF copy (similar to print screen) but it cannot just be as easy as print screen your current view as the hierarchy is large and requires you to scroll down the page. Is there a functionality to enable me to do this rather than using the PDF export to MSP which is not as visually pleasing.

BigTemplate alow to export your Box to image PDF. You can select export of full scope, which will include total tasks in the box. However, be advised that you can also narrow down the view by choosing a given time range.

Hi @Anna-BigPicture thank you for the response. Please correct me if I am wrong but BigTemplate only exports as a PDF in the format of a MSP rather than a PDF of the page? Or am I incorrect on this? I only have the attached options.

To access export to pdf image, there is the additional configuration needed. Please see the instruction here.

In case of further issues with PDF exporting, please raise a ticket via our Service Desk, providing us with more details (preferably supported by screenshots of export diagnosis, see my reference image below). This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance.

I can not see the page -> permission denied

Do you have another link? I am interested in exporting to pdf.
