Extracting Xray Test run custom fields data

Hello.!

We are in the process of building Xray Xporter templates that will extract data from the Test Run custom fields of Test Executions.

The Xray Test Run custom fields have been set-up to capture specific information during Test execution ex., Build Number, OS, OS Version, Tool version etc..

However, we notice that the data from one particular custom field doesn't get captured when exporting using the exporter template. Ex., ${escape:TestRuns[n].Phone Model} where "Phone Model" is one of the Custom Fields.

Is there any reason why a custom field doesn't get extracted? Also, is there a way to capture this field through the Xray Cloud API functions?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Is there any noticeable difference between the custom fields? Is the data type different from the others?
