Hi,
in this thread:
Solved: Automation: E-mail with list/table of requests ass... (atlassian.com)
I was advised how to send a list by email. That works. But now I have a problem that if I want to select a group of users to whom it will be sent, some user groups are not offered. On the second screen you can see groups of users who have access to the projects.
Any idea?
Thanks
Hi @Martin Janeček,
When you try to schedule a filter subscription for a group, you will only see groups that you are a member of yourself. That is probably what is causing the behaviour you see.
Hope this helps!
Hi,
That's what I thought too but...
We have a second instance of JIRA where I am the organization admin.
I'm not part of the QA group, but I can select it in the filter.
It's because I'm an org. Admin?
Thanks
M.
