Filter results in columns

Hello, 

Is there a way to organize this column to show just one result or one kind of relationship in a dashboard?

   

I need to find change-type issues linked to a specific project (COER); I need to show the ID of the issue and the ID of the COE issue they are linked to in a dashboard.

No, I'm afraid all you have is the "links" field, which just shows every link, unfiltered.
