Find out Mail Server usage

Radu Ichim July 16, 2024

Hello,

For one of the instances I manage, i got a notification banner prompting me to re-authorize Microsoft Outlook.

This leads me to the Incoming Mail page (/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa) where I have a Test email listed, that was probably set up by one of the other admins.

How can I find out all the places where this email might be used, in order to know if it is actually needed, and the re-authorization is really necessary?

If it is not needed, I would be very happy to remove it.

Thanks in advance,
Radu

Hello, Good day. Go to settings >> system >> incoming mail. Under mail server's, you will have "Mail handlers", if you find any mail handler using the mail server "Test" then it is used, if there is no mail handler using this mail server, then this mail server is not used with any project. Thanks
