Finding total number of custom fields.

Hi,

We are using cloud based JIRA and would like to know the stats on custom fields. Is there a way to find total number of custom fields? Also, a way to know how many of them are used and how many are unused?

Hi Anand,

To check how many custom fields there is on the instance it's necessary to check the database, but this is not possible for Jira Cloud since it's restricted function, only possible for Server.
I checked our REST API, but it does not show how many fields there are, it shows all fields and it will be necessary to manually count the fields and also check the fields associated with the screens, so it's the same as checking the Custom fields page.
