Finding your SEN - System Administrator only?

Is it only System Administrators who can see the SEN to log a support ticket?  The Atlassian documentation on How to Find Your SEN says "Administrator" but since I can't see that and I'm an Administrator, then I'm guessing it's System Admins only.  And if so, it'd be good if Atlassian could correct their help article on that.

This is related to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/licensing-your-jira-applications-938847718.html and indeed this is something only Jira System Administrators can do.

I'm opening an internal ticket to have the document updated with that information.

Hi John,

The Billing contact can also see the SEN from the Billing records.
