Fix version pencil not seen,

There are multiple version labels to the project.

I have admin rights

My Colleague has the same rights, she is able to see and edit the FIx Versions, I am not

Edit fixversion is enabled as your colleague has edit permission. Please check whether you have edit permission or not.
