Gadgets still broken on the jira server even after trying all the possible resolutions from knowledge base

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Dashboard and Gadgets Troubleshooting

Hello,

I have tried all the possible resolutions from the knowledge base, but the gadgets are still broken on jira server (version 7.1.9). Kindly help me out, it is urgent
