Get user from assets attrebiute

Hi, I have an Asset like this pic with 4 Attributes (Name, User, Manager, Group)

Now i need a Custom Field in Script Runner that when i select this object in every Issues, show 'Manager' User to a field.
I want use this field for automation and other work that need user picker field.
