Hi Team ,
I have jiRA admin permission for our account and I have put a validator condition so that normal user can't raise that issue type (task , implementation) for a particular project .
But when i am also trying to raise ticket . I am getting same error . Please suggest on this.
User 'sanjay.sapra' doesn't have the 'Administer Projects' permission
Validator Condition for creation of any task :- Only users with Administer Projects permission can execute this transition
You;ve answered your own question. Your validator says "only admins", and the error message says "Sanjay.sapra is not an admin"
Either think about why you've put that validator on (I think it's incorrect) or give Sanjay.sapra admin rights.
I have admin access as I am able to see in User Management . Suggest wht else permission required.

Please check whether you have Administer Projects permission in Respective Project that you are trying to create an issue.
Go to Project settings and then to the permission scheme.
Thanks,
Pramodh
