Group by Team showing same issues in unassigned and in a team

I have a Jira plan setup with Teams that have issue filters as their work item sources. Each of these filters assigns all work from a hierarchy of Saga -> Epic -> Story to the team for one or many Sagas.

When I group by Team in the timeline view, everyone of the issues are duplicated between the team assignment and "Unassigned".

Here you can see the team has the issue filter setup as is in Screenshot 3. 

How can I avoid these duplicates?

Welcome. This is by default for those tickets that are yet to be assign. Once assign, the tickets starts to disappear fro the unassigned bucket. This post goes over it in a bit more detail:
