Help Text Blue Info Panel

Hi

In the past I was able to create a new custom field help text blue info panel with the following:

{panel:style=border:1px solid #92C79D; background-color:#F3F9F4; padding: 0.7em; margin-bottom:1em; margin-top: 1em;}

Copy to be shown

{panel}

Now when I do this I get a white box with the 'copy to be shown'

Has this changed or is there a new syntax?

It looks like the formatting changed a bit, some properties are not available and documentation is a bit outdated.

I tried the example from the docs and it looks different
