Herzum approval doubts and problems

Hi, 

I´m configuring herzum approvals and have the doubts below:

• When I set a approval in a transition, don´t show the transition screen, why?
• Is there a way of a not administrator user define a approval?
• After I aprove the revision, still ask for the approval and the issue never move to another status.
• How I configure a approval for all projects of a category?
