My account was archived last march owing to my internship being over and I have joined again as a full time member but can not use the software as my account has been archived. How can I regain access?

You should reach out to an administrator of your Atlassian site / Atlassian organization. They will be able to grant product access to you again. The how depends very much on what they did with your user account. There are multiple options (Suspend access, remove product access, remove it from the directory, etc.).

You will have to contact one of your site administrators and have them add you back to the site/grant you access.
