Hi Everyone,
Need some help here. We have been using Jira for many years and now are using EasyBI for reporting. Our executives want to view time alloted to projects. The problem is that Issues below an EPIC don't roll-up to the EPIC. This is critical. I downloaded ScriptRunner, but is there any other way around to roll-up hours to an Epic?
For the record, we use version JIRA Service Desk 4.13.1
