How can I assign a project role to a person external to my organization

I need to assign the role of project administrator to a coworker who is part of the client

and I require it as an important part in the control and monitoring of the epics and tasks of the Project Jira

as I do not have email from my organization IBM.

Is it possible for me to invite him or assign him a role

As long as this person has access to your Jira instance and can log in they can be granted browse project and project administration permissions, along with any other permissions as needed. Like any other user, they can be added to roles or groups.
