How can I create a query in JiRA on the "Component" field with a wildcard search?

Right now when I create a query in JIRA using the component field I have to do it as follows:

component in (Business, "Business, Finance and Accounting", "Business, HR", "Business, Legal", "Business, Marketing", "Business, Operations")

This is a pain, because I'm constantly adding components. What I want do do is as follows:

component (Business*) where * is a wild card. I've tried all the different methods of wildcard searching, but none seem to work.

Any thoughs? Thanks in advance.

In JIRA OnDemand you can't. The contains operator "~" is not allowed for component.

Thanks. That's unfortunate. Atlassian I hope you're listening.

+1 Would like to simplify the component structure and get rid off need to have "umbrella" components. This would help me to archive my goal.
