Is there a way to identify when a Marketplace app was installed on a site? We are doing an audit of all our Jira and Confluence apps and want to get a better understanding of how long an app has been in use.
I looked through the Jira app audit log only goes back 90 days. I guess a manual way would be to look through billing history (if it is a paid app).
Thanks!
Hey @Joe Doherty ,
It appears there is an Audit Log available for Admins that display the date an app was installed. Here's how I got there.
On Jira, click the settings cog, then Apps. You should be prompted to go to the Admin Hub, but I was given the ability to see an Audit Log.
When viewing the Audit Log, you can see history related to when apps were installed.
Hope this helps!
Robert
It seems in the main Audit Log within admin.atlassian.com, you can filter down to App Installed events. This should help surface all app install events across your site or organization.

It does seem the built-in Audit Log is also limited to 180 days of history. Anything beyond this I believe you're correct in that you'll need to look through billing history. You can also try searching your email for the notifications Atlassian sends about installed apps.
