How can I notify to an user that is not in jira about issue creation

Hi all!!

here I am bothering you with my questions.

In this case, I want to know if there is any way to notify an user (that it is not in jira) about the creation of an issue and all the transitions that are performed in the issue. Is it possible?

how can I do it? is there any way to do it?

Using Automation for Jira you can trigger an email event based on when status changes and have the "To" email be this person who does not have an account very easily:
