How can I publish a ScriptRunner result from JIRA on a Confluence page?

Michael Krüger January 11, 2023

Hi all,

I've some scripts in place which provide string results (e.g. HTML-formatted tables with user or issue data).

Now I'm looking for possibilities to publish the results on a Confluence page somehow.

I know I can develop a Confluence macro to retrieve the data from JIRA (will try that later this year), but I want to check first if there are other ways to do that.

Has anyone already tried this before and can share some insights?

Thx,

Michael

There's a good sample script at https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/create-a-confluence-page-for-each-subtask-of-an-issue - changing it to work off something other than sub-tasks shouldn't be too hard.

Hi Nic, thanks for sharing - I'll look into that.
