When I create a custom field for example a read only text field and input the field into my issue type or service request a blank text box appears in between the display name and the display description. I will post pictures to detail exactly what im experiencing.
Ultimately I want to have a display name and then a URL link posted below. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

my suggestion is to use an URL field with the URL as default value and make it as read only on user side.
The only cons of this approach is that field value will appear on ticket side if that field is on view screen.

Thank you for the warm welcome, I tried the URL field initially but I ran into the same issue unfortunately. How do you make it read only?
