How can I remove the default priority to none?

I'd like to ensure that our colleagues opening tickets will update the priority field, therefore as per default I'd like to set it empty on the create issue view, but still keep it required. Can't figure out how to do it in the Cloud version, if even possible...

Hello Judit,

One available option is create a global priority "None" and add it as the default option for your projects.

But it is an item in selector "Priority", so the field is not empty...

You can find Instruction in this topic

As I know, you cannot choose empty element in this field

Thanks @Yevhen Rohovets . I have set this up with an automation rule to notify admins if priority is not defined when new tickets are opened.
