How can I repoen a closed ticket?

Hi,

 

We closed a ticket and need to reopen it. How can I do it?

 

It is possible to add a column or something to see closed tickets?

Your workflow needs to have a transition from closed to reopen. An admin will need to add this transition.

In addition to what @Jack Brickey said, make sure the transition uses a post function to CLEAR the resolution field
