How can I send Time to SLA panel data to EazyBi?

Hi, I'm using time to SLA.

I WANT to create visual reports using EazyBi.

Although I followed  the guide below,

It does not provide the way how to send SLA panel data such as weather met or exceeded,

startdate(yymmdd/dd:hh:ss),

targetdate(yymmdd/dd:hh:ss), enddate(yymmdd/dd:hh:ss),

Elapsed time (dd/dd:hh:ss) etc.

Is there any way to use those kinda data in EzyBi?

It is so crucial to my business that I have to know how to apply it.

Actually, the guide you already mentioned provides the solution for your needs.

You can use following properties in your eazyBI reports;

- slaStatus as SLA Status (whether it is MET or EXCEEDED)

- startDate as SLA Start Date

- endDate as SLA End Date

- targetDate as SLA Target Date

- workingDuration (SLA Elapsed Duration)

Thank you for your reply, I got the table as belows.

I want to get startdate, endate fiels in YYYY:MM:DD:HH:MM:SS format,

and I can't recognize information in the status field and duration field like that.

pls, assist me to solve this problem.

Bonjour @이의석 @Tuncay Senturk quelqu'un peut m'expliquer comment je dois faire la configuration pour importer les données de Time to SLA sur eazyBI 

J'ai utilisé la lien ci dessus pour faire la config mais quand j'ai le bout de code

sur les parametres avancées de eazyBI l'importation de mes données ne passent plus 

Aider moi à le faire svp
