How can I show a list all JIRA users across all projects for my company?

I need to remove several people from JIRA and would like to do this by accessing the full list in JIRA. Hopefully, this does not need to be done project by project.

They need to be removed from both our instance of JIRA and the projects, so that JIRA licenses can be freed up.

You can do this by going to admin.atlassian.com and under Product you can manage the users that have access to Jira.

Adding to this...

If you remove the user's Product Access to Jira then you don't necessarily have to remove them from the projects. Simply removing their Product Access will release the license they use.
