×Good afternoon!
We are currently in the phase of migrating to JIRA and we would like to know if we can configured or set-up a communication email notification to our customers when a certain releases are upcoming? or if the release has been successfully completed or we reverted back due to issues or something.
Hi @Sherwin Soriano ,
I wonder if you're looking for a way to send out bulk notifications to internal or external customers of Jira products.
One way to do this is by setting up a Jira automation rule for email notifications about a release. You can create a rule to trigger automation when a sprint completes, for example.
You may find this document helpful: How to create and edit Jira automation rules.
I hope this information is useful to you.
Hi @Emily _ DevSamurai !
