I have several projects in Jira (IT, Marketing, etc),
A department head needs to see all the tickets that members of his department have created in all those projects.
How can I give him permissions to only see what his group has created in the different projects?
The problem is:
He would not have to see all the tickets in the projects, only the ones that his employees have created.
Is this possible?
How can I do this?
I guess through a filter, but when running it from his user, he can only see what his members have created in the projects he has permissions but not in the others.
PD: Sorry for my English, it is not my native language
Anyone?
I would just like to know if it is possible or not.
