hi @Saurabh bemby,
In jira under each project there is a report section. there you can find user workload report. (Project > report > user workload report)
else use activity stream for the same purpose.
Reference:
It might be helpful for me while generating user daily activity report .

Greeting,
Can you please assist by providing steps of creating/generating a report from Activity stream?

Another option that I employee is to create a set of filters for open issues, issues completed, etc using the parameter “currentuser()” in the filters. I then share these filters and create a “My Activities” dashboard which is shared as well. On the dashboard it has a number of gadgets that leverage the filters, e.g. ‘my open issues’, ‘work completed this week’, “created vs. resolved”, activity stream! Etc. this allows any user to leverage the dashboard to monitor their work.
of course this is only useful for the current logged in user. You can’t use to view other’s work.
