How can i use a specific time zone for a project?

Elie February 22, 2019

I have an operation in another country that is in an other time zone.

I created a special project for this operation and configured 2 custom fields to capture the time at the beginning and ending of every issue. But it's still capturing the local time in my main headquarter not the time in the country of operation.

The user that is making the transition is present in the foreign country and i changed the profile time zone of this user to match the time zone of the country but still useless.

Any help?

Hi

i have had the same issue and not yet found a satisfactory answer.

In my service desk project SLA,s i can create a calendar for each set to local timezone but not for whole project.

one option is to use a plugin that supports scripted post functions and use groovy and the jira api to set the date to users timezone
