How do I disable email notifications for the JRACLOUD JAC public Jira?

I voted for and commented on a suggestion in the JRACLOUD project, Atlassian's public feedback/suggestion Jira.

I removed myself as a watcher, but I'm still receiving email notifications when other people comment on the issue I commented on.

How do I stop receiving these email notifications?

Are you sure you are fully removed as a watcher of the issue? Could you have more than one account with the same email?

Not really sure about this, but perhaps you can check the notification settings mentioned here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/.

The section on "Turn Off Email notifications" Might help

Here's the settings available for me. I can't see a way to turn off email notifications for a single issue that I've commented on there. :(
