How do I fix a token issue with the JIRA Clockify Add-On?

We are receiving this error message when trying to access the Clockify Add-On for JIRA.

We've had no issues with this Add-On for a year until today.

It is not all projects.   Just seems isolated to one specific JIRA project and all of their user stories.

Hi @Michelle Walsh 

Have you tried resetting the key once?
https://clockify.me/help/integrations/tracking-integrations-integrations/jira-integration#api-key

From the error that you get it seems that it is a Timeout, and not a validation error. Does everyone in your team get this?

Resetting the API key fixed the issue.
