How do I query for the author of the last comment in JIRA Atlassian Cloud?

I am trying to create a filter that will return issues in which the current user was not the last to comment on. Is this possible in Cloud? I know there are plugins our there for the server version...

I'm afraid it isn't possible, although there is a long standing feature request that you can vote on and watch:
