How do I reorder the plugins on the view issue screen?

JIRA Cloud: we have a column on the right of the view issue screen that shows four categories: People, Dates, Zendesk and Time Tracking in that order. We want the order to be People, Dates, Time Tracking and Zendesk.

How do we do that?

Technically, you'd need to adjust the weighting of the panels that contribute to that column.

That requires code changes though, which you cannot do on Cloud, so the short answer is "you can't".
