How do I stop users from creating projects?

I am the administrator of my Jira clod version.

I have created a user, but do not want them to be able to create projects.

They should only see projects they have access to.

Since you're using Jira Cloud, you may also want to remove Create independent projects permission from users, see documentation.

Only users with JIRA admin permissions can create projects, make sure that the user does not have JIRA admin permissions will do.
